As a reputable and reliable business, we do have rules to ensure For the smooth run of your pets vacation with us and our other guests.

We require ALL  pets to be up to date with their vaccinations including Kennel Cough. Kennel Cough Forif administrated before being in boarding, requires a minimum 10 days beforehand.

If you are leaving your pet with us while on holidays in Ireland, coming from abroad, a copy of the pet's passport along with the vaccinations book will be required at the time of the booking. If a pickup from the airport is required, an extra fee of €40 will be applied to the final fees.

When providing a Wedding Picture service, all required pet's outfits need to be provided by the owner. The fee for this wervice is strictly based on the distance and time taken by the event.

If needed, we can organise for a grooming session prior to the day, at extra cost. (prior agreement needs to be made at time of booking)

When booking this service , a person will have to be appointed by the Bride or Groom to take the pet off the handler on arrival at the venue.

The handler reserve the right to refuse to hand over the pet to any other person who would have not been appointed and leave with the pet in the case of the appointee not being present a the time of drop off. The hand over will only be made at the reception of the venue.

All Dogs must be neutered and socialized (including with other pets), as they are around us and other dogs. If a booking is made under false information, we reserve the right to refuse to take the pet on the day of collectionby us/ drop off by the owner. The fees will not be refundable.

If a pet is booked under being socialized but it is discovered during his stay that this was a false information, we will reserve the right to contact you or your person of contact, if you are not available, to come and collect your pet that same day. No unsocialization will be tolerated.

The fees will not be refundable.

We do not take any responsability in case of injuries caused by a dog in the case of disinformation provided by a dog owner. The owner of the dog causing the injuries will be fully responsable for all compensations and vets bills to other pet owners, to whom their pets would have been injured.

If a pet is injured or sick, other than the reason stated above, while on his stay, we will contact the owner for approval to bring the pet to his vet and keep the owner informed at all time. If the injury or sickness was not caused by the pet staying with us, all vet fees will be covered by the owner of the pet.

If a pet requires medication administration, it is to the owner to bring this to our attention at the time of the booking and to provide all necessary details , along with enough medication to cover the lenght of the stay. In the case of unsufficient medication provided or forgotten to be mentionned/ provided, we do not held responsability. The pet owner will be fully responsible for his non-disclosure.

Our times of pickup and drop off are from 6am to 7pm depending on your location. (Outside those hours, only by prior agreement). If a pet owner is late picking up their pet or not present at the time of the arranged drop off time, an extra fee of €20 will be applied.

We do not require leashes/ beds/ harnesses/ bowls while the pet is on boarding with us.

For safety reasons, we do not accept any XL and some other restricted breeds.

We operate a Meet & Greet policy prior to book any pet with us, where we come to meet your pet at his home to assess his behaviour.

We reserve the right to decline bookings where we feel the pet would not be suitable in line with our establishment set up.

We do not accept any pets without the Meet & Greet process.

Payments are requested at the time of the booking and VAT invoices can be provided if necessary for insurance.

Methods of payments are strickly by Bank Card/ Bank transfer or Cash (only accepted for Doggy Daycare)
